NUBETIC by José García, a sole proprietorship duly registered before the Commercial Registry of the Judicial Circumcription of the State of Táchira, under R.I.F. No. V-18354696 (hereinafter "NUBETIC"), has a comprehensive information protection policy in order to provide our Users with the best possible assistance, complying with all standards referred to in both current Venezuelan laws and various international treaties on the matter.

In this sense, it is understood that the User of the Digital Platform in any of its presentations (hereinafter the "Platform") approves the collection and use of information, as established in this privacy policy. The User agrees that NUBETIC may change, modify or update this policy as it deems appropriate, periodically and to adapt to new legal requirements, always respecting the privacy of the data subject.

NUBETIC recognizes the User as the sole owner of the personal data provided, making every effort to maintain the security of said data through the use of cutting-edge technologies such as Nextcloud, Zimbra and OVHcloud infrastructure, seeking to protect them under the terms that applicable regulations require.

1 Information Collection

Users allow NUBETIC to collect, store and use the information provided on the Platform and registration forms. The information provided includes:

Personal or commercial identification data.
Contact and location data necessary for billing and technical support.
Transaction data carried out through the platform.
Any other information necessary for the correct provision of cloud storage and data management services.

2 Verification and Third Parties

The User allows NUBETIC to verify their identity at any time to guarantee account security. Likewise, the User knows and allows NUBETIC to exchange necessary information with third-party infrastructure providers (such as OVHcloud) and payment gateways, exclusively to ensure the continuity and legality of the service provided.

3 Security and Authentication

The Platform uses robust authentication methods and data encryption. By accessing our services, the User accepts the protection methods implemented, including file management through Nextcloud and email services under Zimbra, which are designed to minimize vulnerabilities or electronic crimes.

4 Use and Confidentiality

NUBETIC may not transfer the User's private information for purposes other than those established in our Terms and Conditions without prior consent. The User allows NUBETIC to use technical information to customize and improve the performance of their cloud instance and the quality of technical service provided.

5 Legal Requirements

The User recognizes and allows NUBETIC to disclose their personal or transactional information to Venezuelan judicial or governmental authorities when they so require through a court order, in order to comply with the Organic Law Against Organized Crime and Terrorism Financing, the Law Against Computer Crimes or any other regulation in force in the Republic.

6 Limitation of Liability

All information handled within the Platform will be protected under high computer security standards. However, NUBETIC is not responsible for the misuse of information obtained through computer attacks by third parties that violate security measures, provided that NUBETIC has complied with the required technical diligences.

The treatment of our Users' information for the correct functioning of NUBETIC's services will be governed by these policies.
